Shipping Policy – International

All orders are processed after payment confirmation.

International Shipping:

We offer shipping to most countries in Europe.

Duties, Taxes and Additional Charges

Product prices and shipping charges displayed on our website do not include local VAT, customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees or any other charges that may apply in the destination country.

Any such charges are determined by the local customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges may be collected by the shipping carrier or customs authorities before or upon delivery.

We recommend contacting your local customs authority for further information before placing an order.

Free shipping:
Free international shipping may be offered on selected orders or promotions, as stated on the website. 

Delivery time:
Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Please note:
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Order processing:
Orders placed after 12:00 PM (Sunday–Thursday) will be processed on the next business day.

Business days:
Business days do not include Fridays, Saturdays, holidays, or holiday eves.

Delays:
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as customs inspections, carrier delays, or peak seasons. By placing an order, you agree that delivery times are estimates and delays do not constitute grounds for compensation or order cancellation.

All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely.
